By accessing or using the Consensus Fragility Index (CFI) service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Description of Service

CFI is a research and data tool that analyzes market consensus fragility across public companies. The service provides fragility scores, thesis analysis, and contradiction detection for informational purposes only.

Not Investment Advice

IMPORTANT: CFI is NOT an investment advisory service. All data, scores, and analysis provided are for informational and research purposes only.

  • We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any securities
  • Fragility scores are research tools, not trading signals
  • Past performance and historical accuracy do not guarantee future results
  • Always consult qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions

User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Not share your account with others
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute CFI data without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service security

Data Accuracy and Availability

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding:

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Subscription and Billing

For paid plans:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

All content, features, and functionality of CFI are owned by Alphamesh and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphamesh shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data errors

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
